Awake®

It’s been a rather busy week for me.  One thing that helps me get through the long days is Market America’s product Awake.  It’s mainly B-Vitamins and it’s much better than caffeine because you don’t have the ridiculous high and then drop.  I do still have my latte in the morning, but after that, I drink a bottle of water with the Awake mixed in.  There are four flavors: citrus, mixed berry, pink lemonade and grape.  I’m not a big fan of grape myself, but other people love it.  I switch off between the other three.   It’s so much healthier than drinking coffee all day!

You just take one packet and mix it into a normal size bottle of water.  Hint:  you will want to drink down the water about an inch from the top before putting the powder in so it doesn’t overflow when you put the mix in.
